What is Memory Box
Memory Box is a fun and innovative way to celebrate life, preserve family stories, & capture all of life's moments from big to small through slide shows and video productions.
What do we do?
We offer Slide Show (video montage) and Videography/Photography services to families & individuals as well as sports teams & school groups (classroom parties, field trips...)
Making movies and bringing live's together is our passion, so whether you know exactly what you want your story to look like or you have a blank canvas to fill and need the help of our creative genius, were are here to help you paint the perfect picture. There are so many different and creative possibilities for making movies and slideshow that it's just impossible to list them all and there's no need for you to be computer savy, just leave that fuss to us.

Memory Box Video Productions specializes in making familiy films. We know how precious life is and that's why we love helping you capture every moment. Whether it's a speical occassion or just a day at the park, any time is a good time to have us come to video & photograph your day. We'll travel to your location then with the use of High Definition videography, still photography, captions, and music we make a movie that is sure to be treasured forever!

Baby Announcements
With all of today's technology, this is an awesome way to share the arrival of your little one. We offer two different styles of announcements and both are delivered to your family & friends via an on-line video sharing service. All you do is provide us with a list of names and email addresses that you would like the announcments sent to and we take care of the rest. Your on-line announcement can be made as public or as private as you wish, and you will also receive a DVD copy as a keepsake.
Slide Show Announcement:
Ever get a baby announcement in the mail
and think, "Oh how sweet" then wonder what
to do with it or feel guilty for adding it
to your recycle pile? Well never fear, this
sweet little annoucement will only bring
smiles to those who recieve it and leave
them oo-ing and aah-ing at your
little bundle of joy!
This style of announcement will include:
Introduction with Baby's name & birth information, 10 to 20 of your photos,
one song of your choice, and up to 30 email invites to the show, a keepsake
DVD with custom cover & case, and any poems, messages, or memorabilia
that can be scanned.
Price $30.00 for all digital photos
$45.00 If you have photos that we
have to scan
Video Announcement:
This style of announcement really adds a personal
touch and is especially useful if you have a lot of
distant relatives. people who live far away might not
have the chance to see the baby while he or she is
still a newborn, so sending a video birth
announcement is the next best thing to seeing the
baby in person. All we do is set-up a date, then I
can come to your location and we make a little
video. First we take some video footage, then we
mix in some photos (yours & mine) next we pour in
a lot of love, and add a dash or two of music. Next
thing you know we've got the most precious baby
announcement ever!
Sport Packages
Whether you'd like to catch the action of the whole team or just your own super star Memory Box Video Productions can put together a great customized sports pack for you.
TEAM SPORTS PACKAGE
Most sports leagues offer picture packages, which we buy intending to pass out copies to family or to display. However, why settle for 8 copies of the same posed photograph when you can have live video and action photographs of all your players. Pricing for this service is comparable to that of your standard picture package, but this show is a lot more fun! Each movie will include a short video clip and pictures of all team members who are purchasing a DVD. To get the Team Pricing your team must have at least 10 team members purchasing DVDs..These movies make great gifts for the coach on your team and memorable keepsakes for your child.
TEAM PRICING: $20.00 per DVD
INDIVIDUAL MVP MOVIES
Can't make your child's game, but don't want to miss it? Or maybe you want to immortalize your little Superstar, you choose the game and Memory Box will be there to catch all the action! The main focus in this movie is your very own MVP! A general idea of what we do is combine Wide Screen High Definition video with still photography and put it all together with the music of your choice for an action packed video. This is your show, your memories, we're just here to bring them to life and make them last. Kids love to see themselves on TV and these make wonderful keepsakes for your little MVP. They also make it easy to share your Superstar with the whole family, no matter where they live!
Pricing: $50.00 fee for video editing and production along with $30.00 an hour for on location videography and photography
Birthday Package
Here's your chance to concentrate on the Guest of Honor on their birthday. Instead of being on the outside looking in, let us come to video & photograph this special day. Who needs to worry about charging cameras, emptying memory cards or buying film? You already have enough to worry about, so leave the rest to us. We'll come to your locataion, capture all the fun, and then put together a wonderful movie for you. It's really that simple. Just contact us to learn more or to work out all the details.
General Pricing $150.00 - Includes 2 hours of on location videoprahy & photography and all the goodies that you read about under "What's included in your video production."
School/Class Packages (for class parties, field trips...)
Here's a great way for your child to remember their school days.Kids have so many fun class parties and field trips these day and being working parents or having younger children at home means sometimes we have to miss out. Well, not any more! We'd be more than happy to be there to capture all the merriment for you! Through the magic a high definition videography and photography we can make a movie of the event that will be sure to bring home a bus load of fun! Each event brings unique opportunites for creativity when producing a video. Due to this, it is hard to narrow down a precise length of one of these feature films. However, a good estimate would be between 7 to 20 minutes in length and a priceless memento for your family. We are glad to be able to offer special pricing for the class.
CLASS PRICING: $15.00/Student (To receive this price you must have at least 10 students participate in purchasing DVDs. This price is for approximatley 2 hours of on location videography & photography. Depending on the
nature of the event, travel, or time involved prices may vary)
Want a "Save the Date" video to send out? How about a video Birthday Message? Maybe you know someone who needs cheering up and you want to send them a zany video message, or maybe you just want to shout out "I love you" to someone. If so, our service is perfect for your need. Also, remember what ever can be made into a movie can also be made into a slide show and visa-versa, the choice is up to you. So, whatever video or slide show idea you have, we can make it happen.
I love making movies & slide shows, capturing life as it happens, and sharing it with those around us! Obviously I could go on & on, along with my price list, because there are so many different and unique ways to use our service, but I'll stop here and leave the rest up to your own imagination! When you come across a great deal you want to go the highest mountain and tell ALL your friends.....This is one of those times. Are you listening? Cindy captured my surprise birthday party with about 40 family members and friends. I could not be in all places to feel the love and see the interactions and hear the sounds of fun everyone was having so when she gave me Memory Box Video I watched it and could relive the EVENT....sound, action, laughter, and everyone having a wonderful time. A picture is worth a thousand words....who said that? I can't remember but it is so true. Capture all those important moments so you can share them, relive them and feel so good for years and years to come. Life and special times go by all to fast. For every event I cover and every slideshow I create i also make a custom cover for your dvd. This client didn't know it, but her husband had planned a surprise party for her and it I had a lot of fun shooting this event.

The picture quality of the samples that you are about to view have to be formatted differently to play on the web, which means that the picture quality is deminished.
However, when you use our videography service your DVD will be shot using a Panasonic High Definition Video Camera and the quality is unsurpassable.
Also, if you do not have a fast internet connection you may encounter problems with viewing these samples on-line. In that case, it is possible to send you a sample DVD via the old fashion U.S. Mail. Just go to "Contact" and either email me or give me a jingle to requeat a sample DVD to be mailed to your home.

Hi, my name is Cindy Nielson and I live in Sacramento with my husband Noah and our two beautiful sons. For as long as I can remember I've always loved pictures. When I was a little girl I always use to bug my mom to get out a chair and climb up in the closet to pull out our old family photos. They weren't in fancy albums, instead they were glued to pieces of gray cardboard and held together by yarn. But I loved looking at those pictures and hearing about all the stories behind them.My own love for taking pictures probably started with the birth of my first child, and from there it has bloomed into a jungle of. plastic containers in all shapes & sizes squeezed in here and there, piling up in my closet. All the of moments from my life meant to be shared, but crammed away in the dark. Birthdays, holidays, trips to the pumpkin patch, houses remodeled, births in the family, vacations, weddings, loved ones no longer with us. As for family videos, well they got cut short when our camcorder stopped working. just about the time my youngest was starting kindergarten and oh what mayhem that brought about. I missed so many important events like the Kindergarten Mother's Day Tea or the Winter Sing-a-long . You know how it is. You borrow someone else's camcarder and don't know how to work. it You think you're recording, but your not. Or you get the camcorder, but there's not enough time to fully charge the battery... So many hassles, but more importantly so many missed opportunities to capture and preserve our life in motion.Then one day I entered this fantastic contest put on by Panasonic and my family became a Living in HD family. Now I have all this awesome equipment and never miss out on ANYTHING! Not only that, but all the equipment is High Definition and the quality is unbelievable. My new passion (besides taking picutres) is making family movies.That's why I started Memory Box Video Productions.. I have been given the wonderful opportunity to capture & preserve my family's life in HD and I wanted to help other families do the same.
